These Terms govern the use of HideGuard. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
The service may update this document at any time. The latest version is always available on the official website.
2. Payments
Supported payment methods are shown on the Billing page.
Payment status may be processed to activate subscriptions.
HideGuard does not require card details.
3. Account Access
Access is based on generated access keys.
The raw access key is shown once. Users are responsible for keeping their key safe.
4. Acceptable Use
The service must not be used for:
- illegal activity
- malware distribution
- fraud or phishing
- attacks against networks or infrastructure
- spam or large-scale abuse
Access may be limited or disabled when these rules are violated in order to protect the infrastructure and users.
5. Security
The service applies modern security practices including encryption and restricted system access.
No system can guarantee absolute security of data transmission or storage.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is without guarantees of uptime, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
The provider is not responsible for network failures, third-party actions, or external restrictions.
